Moroccan mixed salad

I offer you this cold starter a beautiful mixed salad that will delight young and old at ftour times. The salad is always welcome when young, it allows us to fill up on vitamins while enjoying a colorful starter that is easy and quick to prepare. To make this Moroccan salad you will need raw or cooked vegetables according to taste. I chose several raw vegetables such as grated carrot, green salad, cherry tomatoes, beets, and mixed vegetables that I associated with a white rice salad and a good homemade mayonnaise. For the decoration, I opted for slices of rolled turkey ham, mimosa eggs, and whole shrimp. You can also present with small tuna turnovers or salted puff pastries.

At home, we love to prepare this salad for Moroccan weddings because it is always well-composed and original and has an effect on the tables. Be creative and don’t hesitate to add small skewers of cheese and cherry tomatoes or meat bricks that will go perfectly with this pretty dish.
